New Parking Restrictions Now in Effect

Restrictions to ban overnight street parking in the development recently passed by the Board are now in effect.  Parking is restricted on streets and in visitor parking pads from 2 am to 6 am.  These restrictions are consistent with the City of Avon Lake parking ordinances. Please Remember to Vote

You have recently received a ballot via mail asking you to vote on two amendments to the Hunt Club Declaration and Code of Regulations.  The first is an amendment to prohibit sexual predators and habitual sex offenders from residing on and/or entering the property.  The second is for the indemnification of board members.  We are still waiting for several ballots in order to make these changes to the Hunt Club Declaration and Code of Regulations, mail yours in today.

Street Lights to be Installed on Krebs Road

In response to several complaints by residents, the Board contacted the City of Avon Lake requesting street lights on Krebs Road.  We were recently informed lights will be installed on Krebs Road in the near future.  Special thanks to Councilman Karl Zuber for making street lighting possible.  

Pet Waste Removal Reminder

Summer weather is upon us and the HOA Board would like to remind all residents that you must remove your pet's waste from all common areas.  This has become quite a problem for our community and is subject to fines per the rules and regulations.  Please have common courtesy to your neighbors.

Become Involved in Your Community

If anyone is interesting in getting involved in the community and would like to start a committee (i.e., Gardening, Social, etc,) please contact any member of the HOA Board.  We would be happy to assist you in starting a committee.
