Landscaping Plan Change

The original landscaping maintenance map submitted by Ryan Homes and the developer called for BI-MONTHLY mowing of the common area mounds. The HOA decided that this was not the level of service that we wanted to provide to the residents of the Hunt Club and changed the contract to allow for MONTHLY mowing.

Be advised that we were forced to adjust our landscaping budget to allow for this change. The HOA will be reconfiguring our maintenance map for the 2009 landscaping budget. This will be completed by the annual meeting in November.

Tree Care

Those of you that had trees planted in our common area please remember to water them regularly. The HOA have received some complaints that some of the trees look thirsty.

Sheds, Fences and Play Apparatus

Anyone planning to put up a shed, fence, or any play apparatus be sure to get proper approval. Please visit the Barnett Management website for instructions. This is unfortunately becoming a regular oversight in the Hunt Club.
