FRONT ENTRANCE LAMP POSTS
The Hunt Club Homeowners Association is very pleased to announce that lights will be installed in the front entrance in response to numerous requests from residents.
The HOA has been working in collaboration with Avon Lake city officials and the Illuminating Company to provide this enhancement at no cost to the Hunt Club Homeowners Association. Four light lamp posts will be installed by the Illuminating Company this summer and the ongoing utility costs will be paid for by the City of Avon Lake. Upgrades to the front entrance will make the community safer and more attractive while allowing your association dollars to be utilized for other enhancements and maintenance of the neighborhood.
Dear Neighbors,
Got news? I'm working on the next Hunt Club newsletter and welcome news you would like me to include. Please have it to me by next Wednesday, July 1st. A copy of the newsletter will be available at the 4th of July get-together and sent to you by way of email.
The Annual 4th of July Parade will kick-off at 1:00 and end at the Rock Park. So deck out those bikes, strollers and outfits and join in the fun. Don't forget to bring a treat to share with your neighbors after the parade. Hot dogs will be provided by the Hunt Club Cornhole Association. Donations for Smiles for Sophie will also be accepted. Check out the Block Party Tent at the Rock Park following the parade! Invitations and 50/50 Raffle tickets will be available for pick-up. Registration for the following Block Party events will also take place: Cornhole, Talent Show, Youth Kickball, Races, and the Dessert Bake-Off. Don't miss out on these community events! (This information will also be delivered to your home the week of July 6th.)
Our community directory is coming soon! We need you to check the information listed for you at the tent following the parade or email Audra Avarello (ajavarello@hotmail.com) with your updated information: name, address, email, phone number, and the names of your children and pets, if applicable. Please call or email me if you have any questions or are interested in helping with the Block Party.
Most Sincerely,

Landscaping Plan Change
The original landscaping maintenance map submitted by Ryan Homes and the developer called for BI-MONTHLY mowing of the common area mounds. The HOA decided that this was not the level of service that we wanted to provide to the residents of the Hunt Club and changed the contract to allow for MONTHLY mowing.
Be advised that we were forced to adjust our landscaping budget to allow for this change. The HOA reconfigured our maintenance map for the 2009 landscaping budget.
