HOA Meeting - September 11, 2008

The next HOA meeting is on Thursday Sept 11 at 7:00 pm at Avon Lake Library. The residents forum will start at 6:30 pm prior to the closed HOA meeting.

Retention Pond Meeting

On Thursday August 28th at 7pm in Avon Lake city council chambers there will be a meeting with the City Engineer discussing the retention pond. All who are interested  are encouraged to attend.

Landscaping Plan Change

The original landscaping maintenance map submitted by Ryan Homes and the developer called for BI-MONTHLY mowing of the common area mounds. The HOA decided that this was not the level of service that we wanted to provide to the residents of the Hunt Club and changed the contract to allow for MONTHLY mowing.

Be advised that we were forced to adjust our landscaping budget to allow for this change. The HOA will be reconfiguring our maintenance map for the 2009 landscaping budget. This will be completed by the annual meeting in November.
