- Curb damage on Horseshoe – Repair/replace (as needed) curb sections that have significant structural damage from HOME construction practices. A large portion of the damage is aesthetic or plow damage not caused by homebuilding practices. – AS SOON AS DETERMINED BY CITY
- Chunks of concrete and other voids in street on Horseshoe Way
- Ryan - Cracked (hairline) sidewalk at common space located between 736 and 740 Horseshoe Way – NO ACTION, WITHIN SPECIFICATIONS
- Many cracks around sewer grate in street (671 Canter Court)
